    SHIPPING
    Complementary standard shipping is offered for orders over $150 within USA. At the time of processing your purchase, there will be expedited shipping methods to choose from: next day air, 2 days, 3 days select, etc. We also ship internationally.

    The UPS® Service Guarantee is currently active for the below domestic and international services but otherwise remains suspended:

    Until further notice, the guaranteed delivery time for UPS Next Day Air Saver® deliveries has been extended to end-of-day (11:59 p.m. on the guaranteed day of delivery).

    The UPS Service Guarantee remains suspended for all other UPS® shipments and services not specified in the above sections, from any origin to any destination. 

    For your convenience, The UPS Store® and UPS Access Point® locations all provide access to your vital deliveries. Where available, you can sign up for free UPS My Choice® service which enables you to provide more specific delivery instructions such as where to leave deliveries, or redirect deliveries to another location, and also provides you with the ability to receive delivery notifications.

    TRANSIT TIME
    USA Domestic ground shipping takes 5-7 days under the normal circumstance. Expedited shipping methods are available for purchase during checkout.

    EXCHANGE
    We offer one time exchange per order for FREE for USA domestic orders only. You have 30 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase for FREE. Requesting exchange to customercare@carrucci.com or call or text +1 626 606 8870 with the order# you wish to return and the style, color, size you’d like to exchange for. Then we will email you the free return label and new shoes will be shipped out after we receive your return package. Items must not be worn, altered or damaged for eligible for the exchange. 

    RETURN

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from carrucci.com.

    • Items must not be worn, altered or damaged.
    • Items must be returned within 30 days after receipt.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
    • Items marked FINAL SALE on the product page are exempt from being returned.
    • Customized items like belts are exempt from being returned.
    • Shipping fee if applicable is non-refundable.

    Once your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back to us without preapproval will not be accepted. You may use your own shipping label. We are not responsible for the lost package.

    A flat return fee $12.99 will be automatically deducted from your refund when prepaid return label is used. You can always contact us for any return question at customercare@carrucci.com.

    RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
    The actual shipping rate plus import duty and taxes will be deducted from the refund if applicable. 

    REFUND PROCESSING
    Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
    Returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center. Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
